What's Your Excuse?

Pretty sure I'm super stoked for my cycling class today. I hope you have found yourself enjoying a class as well!

I saw this clip online about a week ago and LOVED it. So I thought I would share it with you. On Monday we talked about getting in a rut with exercise...and sometimes we use that as an excuse to not get out there and move our bodies. But really, do we have an excuse? Watch this!

Peace out - talk to you Friday :)

~What excuses do you find yourself using?
~P.S. Have you checked out my mileage for February? Booya!

  1. I saw you featured on the Blogger Community blog and I have to say this is totally awesome! I love the video and it sort of does put you in your place doesn't it? Now if I could just get you here in Edmonton and get my but in gear that would be awesome! Good luck with your studies!!

  2. Well...I admit to having an excuse. It's valid...but I want to figure out what I can do to get around it. You see, when I exercise - even simply walking at a normal pace, 3 x's a week - I get seizures. I have epilepsy, but it's not grand mall. But I'm thinking perhaps at least some stretching exercises and/or strength training? Perhaps walking 5 minutes a day? Serious. I'm really not sure what to do. Don't have enough money to go to yoga classes, but maybe you know of a good video I could purchase. I need to do something. Thoughts? I know you're not a doctor and I don't expect miracles, but perhaps you have some ideas?
Regardless, I really like your blog and the topic. So important. And yes, I like this "excuses" post too.
    You take care~
